Treatment Approach

We believe that personalized care that incorporates evidence-based therapies leads to the best outcomes for our patients. At Conway Behavioral Health, we provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to help our patients learn effective strategies that can support long-term healing. During your time in our inpatient program, you can participate in individual and family therapies with our social workers and licensed counselors. Additionally, group therapy sessions are held multiple times daily and cover topics like mindfulness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills. If medication is part of your care plan, you can receive medication management services from a team of physicians, physician assistants, registered nurses, and psychiatrists. For patients who have primary mental health concerns and secondary substance use disorders, we offer medical detox services that can help them rid their bodies of harmful substances under the supervision of our medical team.
