This Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is tailored to assist both professionals and retirees, considering the wide range of daily obligations such as employment, leisure activities, golf, and other commitments. To accommodate these full schedules, we offer sessions every weekday evening from 6 PM to 9 PM, and on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 10 AM and 1 PM. Over 12 weeks, this research-supported initiative targets Substance Abuse Management and associated Mental Health disorders, which frequently contribute to addictive patterns. The program requires at least some group and individual therapy, but each person's recovery strategy is personalized and may involve more sessions at the outset. Alongside participation mandates, we implement surprise drug and alcohol checks to encourage accountability. IOP works well for individuals in stable, positive environments seeking structure and support as they embrace sobriety. Moreover, we include NeuroFeedback as a complementary method to improve mental health, handle substance dependencies, and boost cognitive abilities.
Proven Strategies for Outpatient Recovery from Addiction
We have structured our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) to cater to both career-oriented individuals and retirees, taking into account various daily engagements like work, seasonal hobbies, golf, and more. To fit seamlessly into these packed timetables, sessions are available every weekday evening from 6 PM to 9 PM, and on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 AM to 1 PM. This 12-week, evidence-driven effort addresses Substance Abuse Interventions and concurrent Mental Health concerns, which are commonly linked to addictive behaviors. It includes essential participation in both group and one-on-one therapy, with tailored plans that might require more involvement initially. We also enforce random tests for drugs and alcohol to support accountability. IOP is particularly appropriate for those in reliable, encouraging surroundings who desire organization and responsibility while adopting a substance-free existence. Additionally, we offer NeuroFeedback as a supporting technique to strengthen mental well-being, manage addiction-related issues, and enhance cognitive performance.
