Located in Boca Raton, Florida, the Wellness Resource Center offers thorough outpatient assistance for adults 18 years and older facing substance addictions and accompanying mental health issues. Our outpatient offerings are tailored for those with a main substance dependency and an additional mental health condition, including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, schizoaffective disorder, or schizophrenia. Individuals typically commence in our partial hospitalization program (PHP), receiving round-the-week therapeutic care while residing in on-site apartment-style units. This initiative, spanning 28 to 120 days, helps participants acquire healthy practices and vital life skills for independent existence. After completing this phase, some proceed to our intensive outpatient program (IOP), which supports a gradual return to everyday routines. In IOP, participants continue staying in clinical housing, participating in therapy sessions, and working closely with a case manager to build employment-related skills like resume creation and job searches.
