TWR provides the sole dual diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program in Cary. We feature flexible timetables, with morning sessions from 8 to 11 AM and/or afternoon slots from 3 to 6 PM, aimed at individuals 18 years and older facing mental health difficulties and/or substance use issues who need more intensive assistance than typical weekly sessions but not a full-time residential program. Our space is free of stigma and informed by trauma, combining harm reduction methods with an abstinence-focused approach. Furthermore, we include MAT, oversight of psychiatric medications, Ketamine treatments, one-on-one therapy, and basic medical care, with a strong emphasis on handling concerns about medication side effects. We cater to the Triangle region.
Every person is distinct. Their care plan should match that individuality.

We offer adjustable schedules, including morning meetings from 8 to 11 AM and/or afternoon gatherings from 3 to 6 PM, for adults 18 and older with mental health concerns and/or substance dependencies who require more comprehensive help than regular office visits alone but do not need a live-in arrangement. Our environment promotes a shame-free and trauma-aware setting, merging harm reduction techniques with an abstinence-supportive model. We also extend MAT, management of psychiatric drugs, Ketamine options, individual counseling, and primary health services, particularly focusing on alleviating worries about side effects from medications.
